Los Angeles Literature Events: 4/22/25 – 4/27/25

Another busy week in Los Angeles Literature with the 30th Annual Los Angeles Times Festival of Books taking place this weekend, Saturday 10 am – 6 pm, Sunday 10 am – 5 pm at USC. There are still workshops, open mics, kids events, book clubs, kids and an LGBTQIA event and more. Local writers featuring at the Book Festival are: Alex Espinoza, Amy Gerstler, Attica Locke, Bill Deverell, Daniel A. Olivas, Donna Spruijot-Metz and Felicia ‘Fe’ Montes, among others. Los Angeles Literature Events: 2/17/25 – 2/23/25

Literary event this week include the community’s first book festival of the year: The 4th Annual Culver City Book Festival at the Wende Museum. There are five literary festivals next weekend: Lit Fest in the Dena in Pasadena, the Festival of AAPI Books in Long Beach, the first annual Heavy Manners Literary Fair at the Heavy Manners Library, Third Edition Viet Book Fest in Santa Ana and week one of the 3rd Pomona Valley Poetry & Book Fest at the L.Á.
