Los Angeles Literature Events: 5/18/26 – 5/24/26

An incredibly busy week in the Greater Los Ángeles literary community as book festival season continues. The continuation of the Fifth Annual Pomona Poetry and Book Fest takes place at the Pomona Fairgrounds Saturday and Sunday, the First Annual Sunday Jump Literary Festival in Historic Filipinotown is on Sunday, and the Black Children’s Book Fest is hosted by Malik Books at the Baldwin Hills-Crenshaw Mall on Sunday. Los Angeles Literature Events: 5/12/25 – 5/18/25

Another busy week in Los Angeles Literature. The 4th Annual Pomona Poetry & Book Fest continues at the L.A. County Fair and the 9th Annual Anarchist Book Fair takes place on the 17th and 18th. Plus, all the other typical literary events talking place across Greater Los Ángeles. Local writers featuring this week include: Lester Graves Lennon, Mimi Tempestt, Angelina Saenz, C.B. Los Angeles Literature Events: 4/28/25 – 5/04/25

Another busy week in Los Angeles Literature. There are three different literary festivals taking place: LitFest in the Dena at Pasadena Presbyterian Church, Yallwest at SAMO High in Santa Monica and week one of the 4th Annual Pomona Poetry & Book Fest at the L.Á.
