Another week literary festivals. There are two: 2nd Annual Santa Ana College Poetry & Literary Festival on Wednesday and Thursday and Lit Fest in the Dena on Friday and Saturday. Many local poets and writers will be featuring from Oscar Velasquez, Brenda Vaca, Dana Johnson, CB Lee, Teresa Mei Chuc and Francesca Lia Block, among others. This weekend, The LA Get Down Festival continues at the Greenway Court Theatre and YALLWEST, a literary festival for middle and high school age readers, takes place Saturday at Santa Monica High.
