As Christmas and New Years fast approach, the Los Ángeles literary community grows silent. There are very few readings, or other literary events of any kind. One of the few is the Crowdcast event, Hannah Kozak, in conversation with Aline Smithson, discusses He Threw The Last Punch Too Hard, hosted by Book Soup on the 28th at 6pm. The link is: https://www.booksoup.com/event/hannah-kozak
As such, Los Angeles Literature is taking the rest of the year off.
Enjoy the holidays with friends and family. And remember to by books by local authors such as: Cassandra Lane, Adrian Ernesto Cepeda, Amanda Gorman, Alex Petuna, traci kato-kiriyama and Joe Ide. They make great gifts.
Los Angeles Literature will be back posting its weekly list of literary events in January. Have a safe and happy end to 2020.
